HARD BODY TSRF;- Some racers have expressed the wish to “get creative” in hard body and to this end Betta White polystyrene bodies will be allowed in this class, providied they have clear (lexan) windscreens as per the prototypes. This should give those who wish to race other than “produced scalex bodies” some scope for their efforts and possibly a slight “edge” in the weight department.

LEXAN TSRF;- will stay the same as before, however racers are reminded that bodies should be minimum 10thou thick! Bodies judged by the scrutineer on the day to be under this spec. Will receive a race penalty.

CONCOURS :-
Hard Body 1/32 TSRF;- will be themed, different classes at each meeting. Racers are not compelled to respect this theming, however, only cars which are in the themed class will count for concours judging.
In all classes cars may not be entered for concourse at successive meetings.
Concours wins will count 5 points instead of the current 3.
Concours judging will be by “racers vote”, not by judges.

FALCON FORMULA ONE
Will stay the same, no rule changes. Falcon F1 Pro sub class for open choice chassis!

1/24th TSRF
Will be a themed race at each meeting, Minis at Wellingborough, Trucks , Saloons etc. at other meetings.

QUALIFYING in all classes will be dropped, with heats run according to previous results, in the first instance from the previous years final ranking and therafter from race to race.

Round 1 - WELLINGBOROUGH Easter Sunday 16th April 2006

Practice from 8.30am, Racing to start by 11am.
1/32 hard body concours theme 'Le Mans cars'.
1/24 to be Minis but allow the big cars if anyone is brave enough.
No qualifying, heats to be seeded from last years championship positions, win from any heat as usual.

Round 2 - OAKLANDS Saturday 15 JULY 2006
Practice from 8.30am Racing to start by 11am
1/32 hard body concours theme “American Sports Cars & Can Am”.
1/24 Minis and “Big Boy” American Saloon.
No Qualifying heats seeded from round one, win from any heat.
ALSO at Oaklands Sunday 16th July - 1/24th retro - all the usual classes + Thingie!
Usual rules, times etc. apply!

Round 3 - DUDLEY Revised venue & Date! Sunday 3rd September 2006
Practice from 8.30
1/32 hard body concours theme to be advised.
