You can make this controller using a standard 25 or 35 ohm controller resistor. Not only does this help out in terms of cost, but is harder wearing than a circuit board type wiper board and as it is “wire wound”, makes the controller very smooth and almost stepless in operation.
You will also find options for traditional resistor adjustable brakes or a diode braking system, which is lower cost and also gives the option of “roll on braking”. Other options include LED indicators for “Power On” and “Blast Relay” functions + a switch to enable / disable the Blast Relay.
In the instructions you will find a price and locator guide for components, however for your convenience (especially for overseas racers who may have problems finding parts), AB have packaged the following component packs for your convenience. These are usually available ex stock from AB. So waste no more time! Click the download buttons, print, and start building your Winning Hand Controller!
