2) Choose which set of pillar blocks you wish to use and along with the motor brace, pillar brace top wire and pan overshoot stops (e), assemble and solder these to the motor box. Put aside the centre section until later. 3) Take both side pans and solder in front & rear Pin tube mounts (b), Pin tubes, Rear cross bar stops ( c) . 4) Go to the front of the pans and solder in Front pan hangers (j) and front wheel mounts/ pan stops. 5) Go back to the rear of the chassis, ensuring the centre section and pans are totally flat on your block. One at a time, Insert left and right cross bar extensions (I) into rear cross bar pan stops, slide in the Inner rear pan hangers (d) and solder these to the pans only. The pan hangers should float in the Cross bar extensions. 6) Slide the Rear Cross bar (I) into the Cross bar extensions (L) and solder joints. 7) Go to the front and solder Ffront pan hanger brackets (k) in place to lock the pans to the centre section. Ensure that both pand float evenly and that rear of pans do not drop below the chassis (this may be adjusted on the solder joints you made in step (6).
