A real good fun days racing was had by all and many thanks go to Mick Kerr and his gang for organising the event, which concluded with the usual prize giving and as it was Easter, Eggs as well!

The next round sees us at North London on the 30th May, along with a 1/32 Retro Event on the 29th! See You There!

CLUBMAN SERIES - WELLINGBOROUGH ROUND 2

Easter Sunday saw 19 enthusiastic racers arrive for the second round of the 04 Clubman series at Wellingborough.

This Round saw the only Sandtex track in the series, a surface that many racers have never raced on a a great “scale” track with plenty of challenge.

This was most definitely a track which favoured home advantage, but all visiting racers began to “get the hang” as the day progressed. A great track with so many turns it’s almost impossible to remember what comes next until a little experience is gained. Tyre wear on the sandtex surface was remarkably quite low.
