On one the of hottest July days on Record, around 17 people turned up to race and have fun at the Tottenham Rules Retro, hosted by North London Club. This was the second Retro meeting of the year. Considering the event was staged on a day which only the “dedicated” would be racing rather than sunbathing + the fact there was also another event across the other side of the Capital, the turnout was good and the racing was “Entertaining” to say the least, with many a “Cox” gear ending up in the “bin of history”. Special thanks to ABSlotsport for the concourse prizes and everybody who made the trip specially to Samy Beraha and his sons who came over from Boudreaux just for the day, hope they enjoyed the racing . This now gives the Tottenham retro races "World" as well as "Galactic" status due to the fact that several of the regular racers "are from another planet!" [i believe one of them to be a Klingon!!!!!!] [oneofwos]
